Our Story Begins on the Island of Puerto Rico
When my mother was a young girl, all the locals would line up to buy crispy fried tacos from the best beach cabana in town. Over the years, she recreated the recipe, making it her own and passing it down to her children. My mom's delicious pork tacos were the first tacos we sold and are the foundation of our business. We strive to make every taco just as flavorful and palate pleasing as our original pork fried taco.
After three years of successfully running our award winning food truck, we were selected to be one of the inaugural kitchens inside The Collective Kitchens & Cocktails in Oklahoma City.
